What's Wrong with the 35 Billion $$ Supplement Industry?

This $$ amount should shock you.... it does me! Especially since it's just a business for manufacturers, even if you get NO BENEFITS! Which is most likely the case.

Here are some of the challenges…

The FDA approves hundreds of products daily without ever reviewing them, why? There’s not enough time to do the research, so they take manufacturers' word that they are safe for consumption, even if they’re not being properly tested or safe at all! 

And with sooooo many unregulated products on the market, you have no clue what you’re putting into your body… Whether it’s doing you any good or harm!

In thinking about supplements in general…

-Why do people take supplements?

-How do I know if my supplements are synthetic? 

-What’s wrong with taking high doses?

-Is there a real need for a daily basic multiple?

These are all important questions that I will address below...

The BEST FAST FOOD EVER! 

People tell me all the time that healthy eating is too time consuming.... IT'S NOT! I make all my meals from whole foods usually within 10-15 minutes tops!

It's so simple to cook chicken or other meat in bulk then eat it for several meals - just add a few other ingredients including greens... so simple!!
-salads: just pile on baby greens per serving, add other vegetables of choice, avocado slices, cooked meat, dressing of choice (mine is olive oil and seasoned salt)
-soups: just add the meat to pot with fresh cut vegetables
-one-pot: (pot roast in a skillet) place a little water with meat (cook or uncooked), top with sliced sweet potatoes, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, quartered onions, whatever you like and cook till tender; serve with green salad
-wraps: heat meat then line center of heated almond flour tortilla, top with avocado, lettuce, whatever you like (always add your leafy greens)
