You Can Achieve "Weight Off Forever"
A question that comes up to me quite often is....
"How have you been able to stay on track with your health and weight all these years?" (40 plus years)
My response is this....
1) I had a coach who guided me through the process, down an unfamiliar path that he was familiar with and I wasn't.
2) I made a decision to be 'ALL IN'! I was tired of being sick and tired and I wanted a different life. You could say, I was ready to do ANYTHING to feel better.
3) I stuck to the principles he suggested that would bring me LIFELONG results - and it has!
Was it easy? Change is never easy but it's possible. He had the solutions, but it was ultimately on my shoulders to follow the action items.

SEED CRACKERS
1 cup water
1/3 cup ground flax seed
Whisk together in bowl then add..
1/2 cup hemp seed
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 drop thyme essential oil
2 drops black pepper essential oil (opt but immune-boosting)
Stir all together then set 15 minutes. Line 10×15" baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out thin. Bake 325 F for 30 minutes; score then return to oven for 15 minutes then turn off oven and allow to cool several hours or overnight. Cool and break apart to enjoy!
