Imagine Reaching Your Goals!

CHIA PUDDING 
This is such a treat… so simple, full of protein and fiber you’ll wish you had doubled it!

2 cups coconut or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla 
Pinch salt
2 drops cinnamon essential oil
2 drops tangerine or wild orange essential oil 
   or 5 drops MetaPWR essential oil blend
2 Tbs pure maple syrup or Monkfruit sweetener
2 Tbs almond butter 
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup chia seeds 

Whisk all ingredients together in a medium glass bowl in order given. Cover with tight lid and refrigerate overnight. To serve, top with berries (or other fruit) and chopped nuts if desired, and enjoy!
