The Quality of Your Life Depends on the Health of YOUR GUT!

Centuries ago, Hippocrates said “All disease begins in the Gut”. He knew it then, and we know it now.

Think about the definition of a food…"items eaten that nourish, strengthen, energize and support the body’s needs".

So if one consumes a plethora of refined foods which have removed foundational nutrients, fiber, enzymes, and more, then replaces these with artificial colorings, artificial flavorings, enhancers, stimulants and other chemicals… which cannot be termed foods… the result is a toxic gut! 

Your gut cannot process, assimilate or even feasibly discard chemical substances properly…. it slows down digestion, metabolism and the ability to effectively absorb nutrients or detox naturally! In essence, most guts have become human garbage cans… cesspools of contamination. P.S. How about a simple gut healthy dip that you can serve with your favorite veggies and crackers... simple & YUM!

ALMOND DIP

1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon water
3/4 cup almonds 
2 cloves garlic 
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
25 drops lemon essential oil 
     (or 2 Tbs lemon juice, and delete the 1 Tbs water)
1 drop black pepper essential oil
1 drop coriander essential oil
2 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos 
1 teaspoon brewers yeast flakes 
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)

Soak almonds in water for 1-2 hours then blend together with all ingredients in blender until smooth (at least 1-2 minutes). Add another tablespoon of water if needed to blend well. Chill and enjoy!
