Manage Pain Before There's Pain, Part 2

Let week, we discussed what CAUSES inflammation as the forerunner to pain.

What else can we omit and include to eliminate pain?

Smoking, alcohol, and stimulants of all kind are also culprits of inflammation. These react negatively in your cells, especially because they are toxic and chemical-based. Your body cannot utilize chemicals. Avoiding these substances can greatly reduce inflammation and pain.

Switching from chemical and toxic drinks to pure water is a huge step in the right direction. Most all other drinks are polluting, dehydrating, and toxic, whereas water is super important as a cleansing agent for your cells, tissues, and organs. 

We as humans need water to flush and cleanse… and if you’re not getting at least half your bodies weight in ounces of water daily, you’re not getting enough. To some this sounds like a lot, but if you want to reduce inflammation and help your organs work optimally, drinking pure water is super important. And I will add, toss the plastic water bottles! You don’t want to be consuming plastic with your water.

Additionally, there are several other solutions from nature that will help greatly reduce inflammation….

-Enzymes (Terrazyme) help break down matter in your gut to export as well as aid in a healthier digestion... and inflammation starts in the gut so this is an important place to focus first.

Try these Kabobs or Kebabs!

🍢Just choose your favorite meat and side vegetables (these are most all anti-inflammatory foods). 

🍢Next, marinate your meat chunks with Braggs liquid aminos or coconut aminos, and your favorite seasoned salt. 

🍢I also took an almost baked sweet potato and cut it into cubes to put on the skewers. You don’t want the sweet potato mushy, but mostly cooked.

🍢Load on bamboo sticks, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt, and bake for about 20 minutes at 375°.
