The holidays are fast approaching and that means parties, traditions, and fun - I get it! And it all includes FOOD!
Why not do something different this year... support your gut health by choosing healthier foods instead. It's actually more simple than you think - and here are several ways I can help...
I have a new PDF called "Everything Pumpkin" with so many wonderful tasty recipes that are healthy AND delicious, but also include essential oils specific to building immunity, supporting good digestion and gut health, and more.
Take a look and try a recipe or two and let me know what you like best...
FYI... most people don't realize that essential oils such as: cinnamon, ginger, clove, wild orange, peppermint, lemon, lime, spearmint, black pepper, coriander, thyme, basil, marjoram, Spanish sage to name a few BOOST immunity and keep you well. You can diffuse them, apply topically AND/OR add them to your food and drink recipes throughout the winter months.... BUT ONLY IF you use doTERRA's!
It's a Choice! You can enjoy Healthy Holiday foods, treats, gifts and more. Just take the time to learn and apply - your body will rejoice!!
Happy Health!

FLOURLESS PUMPKIN COOKIES - so yum, you won't believe there's NO FLOUR!
1 cup almond butter or peanut butter (smooth)
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt (omit if using peanut butter)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup combination of: chopped nuts, raisins, currants, chocolate chips, etc.
2 drops cinnamon essential oil or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in mixer. Dough will be VERY soft but these do work great. Drop on oiled baking sheets. Bake 15-18 minutes at 375F. These are crisp-tender on the outside and moist-chewy on the inside. So Yum!
