Daily Activity Affects Sleep, Emotions, Skin & More!

I have often heard people say….

"My days are backwards! I wake up tired and go to be wide awake!"

Here’s one really GOOD explanation….

If you are not active in the day, what gives your body the need to relax at night? Your DAILY activity (or no activity) affects your sleep, emotions, mood, energy, and more!

Studies show that good daily activity can…
-sharpen your memory, enhance thinking and brain skills
-lower depression, anxiety, stress as it relieves tension in your body
-trigger dopamine and serotonin to improve your mood
-reduce fatigue, feel more energetic, drop pounds easier
-reduce pain and even prevent chronic disease
-improve skin by increasing cleansing, reducing signs of aging
-improve the duration and quality of sleep

Think about this…

1) If you eat calories daily, you must burn calories as well through your activity.

2) Scheduling your exercise is as important as scheduling your meal times. You don’t have a rumbling tummy for exercise like you do when you lack food, so it has to be scheduled.

3) Scheduling active blocks of time should be DAILY! Then, if you miss a day or two here and there, it’s OK. Just schedule it daily!

4) Take out a paper and pen now and write down all the ways you can CONVENIENTLY exercise… walking, yoga videos, gym sessions, workout videos or picture guides, swimming, climbing stairs, weightlifting, hiking… write down those that work for you, and schedule them on your calendar this week and next. 

Be consistent! Do the work to tone your muscles, organs, and overall body, so you can enjoy better health for many years to come. You will be glad you have invested in yourself by doing this… and with no regrets! 

Put these foundational principles to practice....  get more active and remember to schedule your exercise DAILY!

AVOCADO ANGEL EGGS

12 hard boiled eggs
1 medium avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 tablespoon mustard
3 drops lime essential oil
1 drop coriander
