Crush Your Food Addictions & Cravings Forever

Food addictions are real! Do you know what causes them?

Are you challenged because of them? Would you like to overcome a food addiction once and for all - and simply?

I have 8 very important steps, so take these to heart….

1-DON’T focus on the word ‘Addiction’. This may be a little confusing, but if you have an addiction, don’t skirt around it… admit it. Then understand that negative self-talk can sabotage your ability to overcome, and in the same sense, positive self-talk is a powerful way to overcome a challenge. The key is to focus on what you WANT to have and can do/become. In other words, replace the word or thought of addiction with a positive word such as…. ‘freedom fighter’, ‘energy queen’, ‘achiever’… whatever you feel fits you.

2-Find the triggers! Ask yourself this question…. Am I emotionally overeating, is this a habit, or do I experience uncontrollable cravings? Get to the root cause and realize it. Recognize what triggers you so you can address it.

3-Decide your goals & your commitment level. It's truly difficult to make any change without setting a goal.... so you have to drill down and ask yourself some hard questions. Then WRITE down the answers...

What do you want to see happen?

If you want to see changes in your outcome and behavior, what are you willing to give up?

Where is your commitment level between 1-10? If you seriously are not at a 10, you won't achieve your goal. You have to be ALL IN and willing to trudge through the tough spots and keep on going no matter what.

4-Create honest replacements for your weaknesses! Be real. What takes you out? You know it. Write down a list of unwanted habits and write down something that would replace that bad habit. Get that into your head and know what you need to go to when the temptation occurs. You can do it!

5-Learn to listen to your body! Your body is talking to you when you experience unwanted symptoms (pain, indigestion, low energy, lack of sleep, unstable emotions)! So how do you feel after you.....? Listen to the physical, mental, and emotional signals your body is sending you. Take note. Recommit!

6-Go on a Gut Detox and Renew! Most of the time, change with willpower can be next to impossible simply because your body is toxic, and this creates a strong draw (addiction) towards the very thing you want to eliminate. Doing a Gut Detox is almost mandatory to effectively change your habits and outcomes.

I have an excellent Gut Detox and Renew program that's super effective for those who are committed. So please reach out - let me help!

7-Take time for things that matter! Self-care is often lacking when addictions are present, and this is an honest way to take charge of your emotions. DECIDE to eat better for your body. DECIDE to drink water, not other drinks. DECIDE to start exercising consistently - set up times, days, and keep the appointment. DECIDE to daily learn new ways to support your change. DECIDE to be different than the masses - TAKE CARE of YOU!

8-Get professional and reliable support! I will continue to remember and share that my transformation ONLY HAPPENED because I had a mentor who guided me through the process. Most of us are not capable of making changes on our own... right? You've tried before! Stepping out into an unknown path is uncomfortable and scary at times. Having a guide is a HUGE key to your success in making a transformation in your life.

I've helped many get on the path and find the same kind of success I found by following the same path that helped me reach my goals of becoming healthy again, both physically and emotionally!

You can do this.... let me help. And starting with a Health Assessment is the best place to start!
