If You  Knew How Much Better You'd Feel, You'd be ALL IN!

Looking back, I remember my health coach telling me that if I would just stick to the protocol he had given me which included a diet of whole foods, detox, supplements, and target support items, I would experience a lifestyle transformation!

All I knew was that I felt miserable, I was down in the dumps emotionally and physically, and I just wanted to feel better. Did I believe him? No! I could not comprehend that a change of diet, detox, and more would fix my body… But it did!

In a matter of a few short months, I was a totally different person! And 45 years later...
-I’ve never had a headache or migraine since
-I’ve never experienced those annual pollen allergies
-no emotional imbalances
-no weight challenges even with four additional pregnancies 
-and I’ve never been on any type of medications either!

When I began, I was an emotional and physical wreck… so unstable! What would that have cost me over the years had I not made the simple decision to be all in to heal my body!

ICED KETO FUDGE COOKIES 

3/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup carob or cacao powder
1/3 cup monkfruit sweetener  (1/2 if using cacao)
2 tablespoons ground flax
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fine chopped pecans or walnuts 
1/4 cup butter, softened 
2 eggs

Carob/Chocolate Icing:
2 tablespoons powdered monkfruit (or 4 tablespoons for cacao)
2 tablespoons carob/cacao powder
1 tablespoon almond or sunflower butter
1/4 tsp vanilla 
3 drops wild orange essential oil (opt but the flavor is magical)
1 tablespoon almond milk (or more as needed to spread) 

Combine first 7 dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add softened butter and egg; mix until combined. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. 
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 
Spoon heaping tablespoons of dough onto lined cookie sheet then use damp fingers to smooth out and flatten. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool.
Combine frosting ingredients and spoon on cookies. 😋

Make Icing…
Combine all ingredients adding milk and more if needed to reach spreadable consistency. Spread on cooled cookies.
