Little Tweaks Matter…. Sometimes They ARE the Gamechangers!

Greg Olsen calls it The Slight Edge…. it’s the little things that make the biggest difference because they add up and compound over time.

So if you could change just a few little things, the truth is you could see massive results. And this can be comforting because most people don’t make changes because they are so afraid of BIG changes.

So let’s start small and work on the little things that could create massive results, here’s a few examples….

> Eat more fresh greens. Adding 1-2 green salads to your lunch and dinner daily isn’t hard…. red/green lettuce, baby greens, spinach leaves, kale, chard, etc. This will greatly reduce your calorie intake, increase your nutrient, fiber, enzymes and antioxidant levels, and you may even find you have more energy and sleep better.
> Buy organic produce…. even just start with many or mostly organic. Just think of how this would greatly reduce your pesticide/chemical intake that can greatly affect your health adversely.  In fact, the 12 most pesticide-laden fruits and vegetables include peaches, apples, sweet bell peppers, celery, nectarines, strawberries, cherries, lettuce, grapes, pears, spinach, and potatoes.  So buy these or most of these grown organically!
> Switch out your high-carb snacks for fresh fruits, celery, raw nuts/nut butters, olives, and anything fresh. Think of what you could replace and go for it instead.
> Switch out your soft drinks, sport drinks, energy drinks, coffee and more for water with tasty and satisfying drops of essential oil: lemon, orange, grapefruit, and others that are actually POSITIVES for your health (alkalizing, detoxing, metabolic stimulating, more). When studies say that “45% of American’s intake of sure comes from drinks”…. well, that might be the best little thing to switch for HUGE results.

This is a great start, but keep learning and make even some small changes. Watch what happens!

Happy Health!
