Gut-Friendly Desserts - Just in Time!
You love desserts - so do I! It's just that most desserts don't love you AT ALL! And unfortunately what your tastebuds THINK you like isn't necessarily so because "YOU" also includes your gut and your gut is choosy!
If your gut could talk to you.... and you were willing to listen... it might probably be be saying....
-oh no, I'll be up all night trying to work through this nasty matter
-not that again, I can't keep up trying to discard all these chemicals
-why can't you get the hint, I can't metabolize these processed, microwaved foods
SOOOO, why not do your gut a favor! Choose gut-friendly desserts starting this holiday season. They are just as tasty but they don't contain chemicals,

P.S. Here's a favorite and simple party gift idea.... YUM! Give this recipe a try! I've served this twice already this season to my friends and guests! They LOVED these!

NUTTY PUMPKIN BITES
3/4 cup raw almond butter or other nut butter
1/2 cup honey or powdered monkfruit sweetener
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 Tbs. melted coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 drops Wild Orange essential oil
3 drops Cinnamon essential oil
1 drop Ginger essential oil
1 cup almond flour (unblanched)
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup plant protein powder
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix together until well blended. Chill well. Shape into 1 inch balls. If desired, roll in more chopped pecans or coconut and chill! Simple, yummy!
