What's the Secret to Dropping Pounds... Without Dieting?
Diets don't work! The yoyo effect will never work... so what does work?
First, like anything else, unless you address and correct the cause, one will never be happy with one's weight. There are reasons people are overweight AND just so you know, it's not genetics as much as it is lifestyle habits!

Yet how many times do we address and focus on the cause.... the REAL CAUSE?
Second, in my 40 years of study of nutrition and the body, we have learned that it's not the fats, it's not the calories... it is the chemicals and the over consumption of carbs that are killing us.

#1 cause of disorder, dysfunction, disease AND deaths in the US? Over consumption of carbs and chemicals! And it's a vicious cycle!
And what's really SAD…. we have more obese children today than ever before... more sickly children than ever before... more mental/emotional/behavioral challenges in children than ever before.
But what's ALSO SAD…. PARENTS aren’t being told that with diet changes, it could be life-changing for their children.
